My wife and I are extremely pleased we found you to sell our house.  You not only advised us what to do to help make it sell, you and your husband spent hours digging up and removing a plant on the side of the house.  You even found materials to put into our vacant house to make it more salable.  

In the slow month of  December we got a contract on it within 2-3 weeks and sold it for near list price.  What could be better!

Rica, it has been about a month since you sold my property for me and I thought I’d write you a small letter to express my gratitude to you.

As you know, I had an idea as to what I wanted for my property but didn’t really know what it was worth or what I could get for it.   I did know that I am no salesman, that I didn’t want to try to negotiate a deal on my own and that I didn’t want to do owner financing.  I needed a realtor and that is why I’m glad I chose you to handle my needs.  Not only do you possess all the necessary qualities one expects from a professional but more importantly, from the very beginning, you made me feel comfortable talking and asking questions.  It’s a good feeling when you know someone has your best interests at heart.   It’s important to me.

Rica was a blessing to our family.  We attempted to find a house in the Austin area for approximately 6 months.  Then we found Rica.  In just 2 months she found us the perfect house at just the right price.  She did not try to make us feel we had to spend more than we were able to to get the type of house we needed.  Rica just kept telling us that our house was out there and she would find it for us.  That is exactly what she did.  
When we found the right house, we wanted to go to closing as quickly as possible.  She arranged everything and got us to closing in just days.  We will be forever grateful to her for all she has done.
